Karhrie hurriedly entered her father's blacksmith store, pushing the entrance doors with strength.

Chris, her father was delighted to see his daughter.
"Ah, Karhrie! I haven't seen you in awhile! What brings you here? You're looking a little pale today... Hey...don't tell me you're joining Darthamists again, now are ya? Still determined to win? But remember last time?"

Karhrie went back in her mind to the day she participated at Darthamists & her last.
It was a day she had tried to forget about.

"No, dad, it's about Joey. I'm going to go look for him."

"You are?" Chris's joyful face changed immediately. "He's missing? The..uh stuttering kid?" Chris asked almost insensitively.

"Yes, he's been gone since this morning & I want to help find him."

"Alright then! But as you can see, I'm the only person working here in my own shop & I can't leave it to help look for him, even though I want to....I- uh..... I lost my key to lock up the place." Chris said rubbing the back of his neck. "So you have to go alone K."

"Actually..." Karhrie felt nervous about telling her father where she planned to look & what she needed.
She didn't want to lie.
She couldn't even lie if she wanted to!
If she bought some strong weapons & armor & lied about using them for Darthamist's, then her father will know its lie because he'll want to see her fight or ask about her at Darthamists.
But if she tells her father about the Underground he's going to disapprove for sure!

But there was one thing she could do...She'll have tojoin Darthamist's again.

Fighting in Undergrounds were enough, & now she has to join Datharmists again...

Karhrie agreed to her own decision but not whole heatedly or happy with it.

"Dad- I... I- want...."

She was sweating a little bit.
She also felt a little hot.
She began to feel light headed.
Kind funny...

"I...."

And before Karhrie could finish what she was going to say, she suddenly collapsed onto the floor.

Karhrie entered the Blacksmith.
Looking around, she saw that the Blacksmith did not look as it did when she had visited here last time & her father, Chris, looked pretty mad.

But when he saw her his faced changed suddenly.

"Karrhie!" he went over & gave her hug. "You're better!" He let go & put his hands on her shoulders. "See, I told your mother you were a strong girl & would get soon get better! "

"Thanks dad, but it was really mother who helped me get well, I didn't get better on my own. I think she gave me this strange medicine."

"Well, at least you're alright!" He grinned, showing his teeth.
Then suddenly his smiled disappeared, a frown replaced it.

"You probably have noticed, but... I've been....robbed..." Chris let go of Karhrie who's eyes grew wide from the news.

"What?"

"Well, remember when i told you I lost my key so I couldn't lock up my shop? Well, when you collapsed here, I had to carry you all the way to the clinic & I guess I forgot to close the door on my way out. And when I came back after a few hours, I found that some of my stuff's been stolen." Chris rubbed his neck, like he always did when he was nervous.

"That's terrible! Who-who would do that? I mean Ercreia's a nice place isn't it? Who would steal your weapons & armor?"

"Well, I guess Ercreia isn't as nice or safe as we think, K. I mean lately strange things have been happening. So I guess we have to keep our guard up from now on. And I don't know who would've done it, but it has to be more than a one man job.....But don't worry, K, the authorities are looking for them as we speak & I also found my key by the way."

Karhrie looked around the store at the empty places that should've had something there.

"I can't believe it... first kids go missing, people get sick, & then this..."

"The town's almost gone crazy!" Chris replied.

"Hey, dad... I want to fight at Darthamist's."

Chris turned his head in surprise. "What? But I thought you didn't want to. And you just recovered!"

"Please, I want to. I.... want to become stronger. Please."

Chris looked away & was silent for a few minutes. He gave a long heavy sigh before looking at Karhrie. "Alright, what do you need?"
