The first floor is a very damaged church room.
In the back door of the room are a flight of spiral stairs that led to the top.

There's another door on your right side that leads below to a tunnel that ends at the Demon City sewers.

The Clock Tower is not infested with many demons, so hunting here will not be so difficult....
